A three-month live deployment across your hotel's highest-risk wet zones: plantroom, risers, basement and kitchen. Not a trial. A working system from day one.
Most pilots are a box of sensors and a login. This is the system you would run permanently, installed properly and monitored by us, for three months.
We watch it. You get alerts when something happens, a digest every week, and a review every month with a human explaining what the building has been doing.
At the end of three months the sensors and gateway are yours whatever you decide next. Nothing gets ripped out and nothing gets invoiced back.
Wireless, battery powered, fitted in 48 hours. No cabling, no chasing walls, no rooms out of service, and nothing touching the guest WiFi.
From the first call to a live system, with the hotel open throughout.
We work out whether your building is a fit, which wet zones carry the most risk, and what you already have in the way of meters and plant.
Day one
We walk the plantroom, risers, basement and kitchen and decide where the twenty sensors earn their place. You get the layout before anything is fitted.
Within two weeks of the call
Gateway commissioned, sensors placed, alerts routed to the people who should get them. Guests notice nothing.
Two days on site
Alerts as they happen, a digest each week, and a review each month. At the end you have a real picture of what your building does when nobody is watching.

Leak sensors
Dakota Hotels run this across six properties. Multiple leaks caught early, manual legionella checks gone, and the whole estate on one screen.
Read the Dakota storyStraight answers, because you will ask them on the call anyway.
Monitoring, alerts and monthly reviews continue at £30 a month for the pilot deployment of twenty sensors and one gateway. Cancel any time with 14 days' written notice. The kit stays with you either way.
Water reaches one of our sensors in a monitored zone and no alert is raised within 15 minutes. If that happens during the three months, you get the full £4,999 back.
No. It runs on its own LoRaWAN network with its own gateway. Nothing joins the hotel WiFi, nothing needs a port opening, and your IT team does not need to be involved beyond knowing it is there.
No. The sensors are battery powered and wireless, clamped on or stuck down. The install takes 48 hours and guests notice nothing. Nothing is cabled and nothing is chased into a wall.
Twenty covers the highest-risk wet zones of a typical hotel, which is where the expensive failures start. If your building is larger or has unusual risk we will say so on the call, before you have paid, rather than after.
The pilot is built for hotels, because that is where we have done the most work and where the package is priced to fit. We monitor care homes, social housing and commercial buildings too, but those start with a conversation rather than this package.
No survey fee, no obligation, and we will tell you if your building does not need it.
